How long does it take to receive my product?

Typically, it takes about 1-2 business days for our products to be produced and sent out. Once shipped, we will deliver Contiguous UK orders in 14 business days.
Please note that during the holidays, our production time may vary.

How will I know my order has shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship.

Failed delivery situation

We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by the negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, incorrect information provided for delivery, such as order address/contact number/consignee's name. In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you.


Do you have shipping insurance?

We offer Package Protection insurance for peace of mind regarding damaged or lost items: If your package is marked as delivered but is damaged or lost, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
